Warranties

Duncan Aviation's shops have a warranty rate of less than 1%. On the rare occasion that warranty service is needed, Duncan Aviation offers the following limited warranties for its services:

• Accessory Limited Warranty
• Avionics Limited Warranty
• Instrument Policies & Limited Warranty
• Rotable Exchange Limited Warranty
• Avionics & Instrument Loaner Policy

Additional, extended warranties offer additional coverage as follows.

Extended Protection Plan (EPP)

The EPP Plan provides an additional 12 months of warranty on qualifying components serviced in the Avionics, Instrument, and Accessory Shops, giving the customer a total of 24 months warranty on qualifying overhauled units.

This plan is offered exclusively through Duncan Aviation.

Performance Solutions Bulletin Plan (PSB)

The PSB plan provides an additional 24 months of warranty on qualifying components serviced in the Avionics & Instrument Shops. Giving the customer a total of 3 years tip-to-tail warranty (applied to units that are overhauled).

This plan is a joint effort by Collins and Duncan Aviation.
